This song was written from a baseline hook by Jory. Colm had the lyrics for a song that apparently sounded too much like Hella Good by No Doubt to Colm's frustration. So Colm adjusted the melody and added a bridge and middle 8 to Jory's main verse and chorus hooks. Liam wrote the riff on a keyboard as he has a broken hand recording the last non acoustic track of the album. Dan Ponich played Liams riff.
